Welcome to MetamorphU (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use our website or services.
1. General Website and Service Details

Scope of Services: MetamorphU provides personalised coaching services (one-on-one sessions, single- and multi-session plans) and sells digital products, including online courses, eBooks, guides, and templates.

Eligibility: Our services and products are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

User Registration: Users must create an account when purchasing coaching plans or online courses. Required information includes first name, last name, email address, and billing details. Users are responsible for keeping this information accurate and current.
2. Coaching Scope and Limitations
Our coaching services—including Personal Development Coaching, Career Coaching, Financial Coaching, and Health & Wellbeing Coaching—are designed to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals gain clarity, develop skills, and set meaningful goals.
Coaching is NOT:

Therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for mental health conditions.

Financial advising or investment consulting. Our financial coaching focuses on budgeting habits and financial literacy but does not provide personalised financial, tax, or investment advice.

Medical or nutritional counselling. Our health & wellbeing coaching supports lifestyle habits but does not replace medical or dietary guidance from a licensed professional.

Career counselling or job placement services. We offer guidance on professional development, but we do not guarantee job placement or career outcomes.
If you require medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed professional. By using our coaching services, you acknowledge that coaching is distinct from professional advisory services and is intended for general personal development purposes only.
3. Coaching Services

Session Booking: Coaching sessions are booked through our integrated scheduling system, allowing users to conveniently select time slots, book appointments, and manage sessions.

Session Changes: For multi-session plans, users can manage their sessions through their account area. For single sessions, and in case an account hasn't been created, users must contact us directly to request changes. A 48-hour notice is required for any modifications.

No-Show Policy: If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be charged and forfeited.

Refund Policy: At MetamorphU, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services. By purchasing a session or plan and providing express consent to begin the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the session or plan is delivered, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek Law 2251/1994. During checkout, you will be asked to provide this consent before booking.

For 1-Hour Coaching Sessions:
Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:-
If the session cannot be delivered due to a technical error or fault on our side and no suitable rescheduling option can be offered.

If the coach cancels the session and no suitable rescheduling option can be offered.

If the purchase was made and no session has been delivered, and more than 24 hours remain before the start of the scheduled session.

For Multi-Session Plans:

A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, if no session has been scheduled.

A partial refund may be issued for unused sessions within the validity period (6 or 10 weeks), where used sessions are calculated at the standard single-session rate, not the discounted plan rate.

No refund is available for used sessions, or if the plan has expired.
-
No refunds for sessions scheduled within 24 hours.

A partial refund under exceptional circumstances. We understand life happens. Refund requests due to emergencies (e.g., health, bereavement) may be reviewed at our discretion.

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Session Expiration:

3-Session Plans: Must be used within 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

5-Session Plans: Must be used within 10 weeks from the date of purchase.

Client-Managed Sensitive Information:
Any sensitive information (e.g., health data, financial specifics, or deeply personal details) required for coaching sessions must be managed directly by the client. Clients are encouraged to maintain their records for tracking progress and discussing sensitive topics during sessions. MetamorphU does not store or process sensitive data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Digital Products

Access and Delivery:

Online courses are accessible directly through our platform after purchase.

eBooks and Guides, are delivered as downloadable PDFs.

Notion Templates: After purchase, you will receive a downloadable PDF containing a link to the template. To access and use the template, you must have an active Notion account.
We do not provide technical support on how to use the Notion platform, modify templates, or troubleshoot platform-related issues. Additionally, we are not responsible if the template becomes inaccessible, unusable, or is affected due to changes made by Notion after purchase. -
Lifetime access to purchased material applies. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue digital product availability due to operational or business reasons.

Usage Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reproducing, or reselling our digital products. Products are for personal use only.

Refund Policy: Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Intellectual Property: All digital content, including courses, eBooks, templates, and guides, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Loyalty Program
MetamorphU may offer a Loyalty Program allowing users to earn points through specific actions (e.g., purchasing plans). Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards as described on the website. Participation is voluntary and subject to the following conditions:

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Points are non-transferable and valid only for use on www.metamorphu.com.

MetamorphU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Loyalty Program at any time, including point values, earning methods, and redemption options.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Loyalty Program terms as published on the website. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updates.
By using the Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that it is provided at our discretion and is not a guaranteed part of any purchase or service.
6. Payment and Billing

Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you choose to store your payment details for future purchases, they are encrypted and securely stored in a PCI DSS Level 1-compliant environment, meeting the highest industry standards for cardholder data protection. We do not directly access or store your full card information. You can manage or remove your stored payment details at any time through your account settings.

Billing Terms: All purchases are one-time payments, due at the time of checkout.

Taxes: All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes.

Payment Disputes: Any disputes or claims regarding payments or product use will be governed by Greek law. Both parties agree to resolve disputes through the appropriate courts located in Greece.

Service Outcomes: Results from coaching services and digital products are influenced by the user’s effort, commitment, and engagement. Our professional coaching process, including personalised guidance, structured tools, and tailored strategies, provides a supportive framework to empower users and maximise their success. While we offer comprehensive support to guide meaningful progress, we do not guarantee specific results, as individual outcomes may vary based on personal circumstances, decisions, and commitment.

Our Personal Development Coaching is designed to support individuals in enhancing self-awareness, building resilience, and pursuing personal growth. This coaching focuses on mindset, goal setting, and skill development, encouraging continuous improvement and fulfilment in various aspects of life.

Our Financial Coaching provides education and support on personal money management. It focuses on financial awareness, behavioural habits, and decision-making accountability, helping clients develop confidence in managing their personal finances.

Our Career Coaching offers guidance and support to help individuals explore career options, enhance professional skills, and navigate career transitions. It focuses on career development, confidence-building, and strategic planning, empowering clients to take proactive steps toward their professional aspirations.

Our Health & Wellbeing Coaching is designed to support individuals in adopting healthier habits, improving mindset, and achieving overall well-being. This coaching focuses on growth, motivation, and lifestyle improvements.

Coaching services are designed for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not replace financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. Clients are solely responsible for their financial, health, and career decisions and should consult qualified professionals where necessary.

Service Availability: Availability of services and platform access may be affected by maintenance, updates, or unforeseen interruptions. We strive to minimise disruptions and will provide timely notifications or support to affected users whenever possible. We make every effort to minimise disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not responsible for disruptions, errors, or service failures caused by hosting platforms, third-party providers, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, and communication services. -
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetamorphU provides coaching services and digital tools on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While our services are designed to guide users toward meaningful progress, we make no guarantees regarding specific results.
The following limitations specify areas where MetamorphU disclaims liability for disruptions in service and user-applied outcomes:-
Unauthorised access to personal data: We are not liable for unauthorised access, loss, or exposure of personal data, except in cases where it results from our gross negligence or failure to implement reasonable security safeguards. If a data breach occurs, we will take prompt action in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Service Disruptions: MetamorphU is not responsible for losses caused by platform outages, bugs, viruses, or interruptions, except where such failures result from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetamorphU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or digital products. In jurisdictions where these limitations are not fully enforceable, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their personal development, financial, health, and career decisions. MetamorphU provides general coaching guidance and is not responsible for the outcomes of user decisions or actions. Coaching services and digital products are intended for personal and professional development; however, we do not guarantee specific results, as progress depends on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.

MetamorphU shall not be liable for any business losses, financial losses, loss of earnings, or loss of opportunities—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—resulting from coaching services or digital products.

We are not responsible for how users choose to interpret or apply coaching insights, strategies, or digital product content. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the implementation of these materials and any resulting outcomes.

8. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during booking or purchasing processes. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of bookings, denial of services, or suspension of user accounts.
